• Flexible Attendance of any two or more days per week
• Highly qualified staff, over 75% have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Low Turnover, over half of our teachers have been with us 10 years or longer
• For the classroom we hire Montessori Credentialed teachers
• For other Fountainhead staff without a credential we pay for their fully accredited Montessori teaching credential through our own training program (FMAE) and the California State University system to assure highly qualified staff
• Year round care, we only close on national holidays so care is always available
• Open from 7am-6pm
• Drop in hourly childcare is available both before and after class, billed to the minute-You only pay for what you use
• No toilet training required for attendance
• No active or required fund raising
• No parent work commitments.
