Enrollment for Dublin School

• I am a current parent and I want to change my child's days or hours
• I am a current Fountainhead parent enrolling another child
• I am a current parent enrolling for Summer School
• I am a current parent enrolling for next year

I am new to Fountainhead

1. Call the Administrative Office at (925)820-1343 to see if there is space available. If there is not, you are welcome to waitlist.
2. Schedule an appointment to observe by calling the campus directly.
3. When you observe please try and bring your child so he or she can meet their prospective teacher. If you are bringing your child please let the campus know in advance.
4. Send in the Enrollment Application and your first installment payment, this ensures your child's place in the class. There is no enrollment fee, your first installment will be applied toward tuition.
5. Once you have sent in your application and first installment we will send you additional forms that the State requires for attendance. Your child cannot attend Fountainhead until we have these completed forms.
6. The office will contact you to confirm your child's enrollment and start date.

I am a current parent and I want to change my child's days or hours

1. Call the office at (925)820-1343 to make sure there is availability on additional or different days. If there is not, we are happy to waitlist you for the particular day. Our waitlist is on a first come first serve basis.
2. The office will pro-rate additional days based on the change start date and this will be reflected in your next statement.

I am a current Fountainhead parent enrolling another child
